Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within two (2) to three (3) business days following receipt of the order confirmation email, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or new product launches. In the event of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified promptly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping information provided at checkout. Gardenia Meadow shall not be held liable for delays, misdeliveries, or additional shipping fees arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the purchaser.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard, Expedited, and Express services are available.
International Shipping: We offer worldwide delivery. Rates, delivery times, and customs clearance procedures vary by country. All import duties, taxes, and related fees imposed by the destination country remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
From time to time, Gardenia Meadow may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier’s system. Orders may be tracked directly via the carrier’s website or through the tracking link included in the confirmation email.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are produced specifically for the customer and will ship on or about the estimated release date stated in the product description. All release dates are estimates and are subject to change due to production or logistics considerations.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped in full once all items are available. Customers who wish to receive in-stock items earlier should place separate orders.
Pre-order transactions are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, except in cases where the merchandise arrives defective or damaged.
Liability & Limitations
Gardenia Meadow shall not be responsible or liable for:
Delays in delivery caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, labor disputes, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Loss, theft, or damage to packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.
Consequential or incidental damages arising from delayed or non-delivery of goods.
Our obligations are limited to the timely processing and shipment of orders in accordance with the terms set forth above. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations.
